Time lapse images of pulsating cardiac microtissues without infection of SARS-CoV-2 after hypoxia-reperfusion
Description
Time lapse images of pulsating cardiac microtissues without infection of SARS-CoV-2 after hypoxia-reperfusion (low-oxygen environment , <0.1% oxygen concentration). The treatment with hypoxic stress for 18 h and subsequent normoxic condition for 48 h resulted in increased pulsating frequency and contractile functional recovery.
