In vivo bioluminescence images of transplanted E0771 tumors in non transgenic mice
Description
In vivo bioluminescence images of transplanted E0771 tumors in non transgenic (Non-Tg) mice. The substrate of the luciferace (AkaLumine (Aka)-HCl) was i.p. injected 10 minutes before observation. The weak autoluminescence, which is not derived from luciferace activity, is detected in the non-Tg mice. The images were obtained 0 days, 7 days, 18 days, 22 days after transplantation. All mice in this dataset are Non-Tg animals.
