Title
Raman images showing thia-Michael reaction in HeLa cells
Description
Ratiometric Raman analysis of reversible thia-Michael reactions was achieved using alpha-cyanoacrylic acid derivatives. Among alpha-cyanoacrylic acid derivatives, the smallest derivative, ThioRas, and its glutathione adduct were simultaneously detected in various subcellular locations using Raman microscopy.
