Description
Time-lapse images of mitral cells expressing Voltron2 in the olfactory bulb of an anesthetized mouse before clearing with SeeDB-Live. Voltron2 was specifically and sparsely expressed in mitral/tufted cells using the Pcdh21-Cre driver and a Cre-dependent adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector, labeled with JF549-HaloTag ligand (Voltron2_{549}). Glomerular layer of the olfactory bulb (90 micrometer depth of the slice) was imaged.

Biosample
Description
An anesthetized Voltron2-expressing transgenic mouse (4-month-old). Craniotomy and durotomy were made on the right hemisphere. The brain surface was perfused with ACSF-HEPES and perfused for 1 h under anesthesia.
Intrinsic Variable
Pcdh21-Cre transgennic mouse was used.
Extrinsic Variable
To express Volton2 by Cre dependent manner, AAV-syn-FLEX-Volton2 was injected into the olfactory bulb of Pcdh21-Cre mouse. 50 nM Janelia Fluor HaloTag Ligand 549 was incubated with the slice before imaging.
