Z-series images of GCaMP6f-expressing mitral cells in mouse olfactory bulb slice at P11. Voltron2, a fast and sensitive chemigenetic voltage indicator, and GCaMP6f were sparsely introduced to mitral/tufted cells by in utero electroporation. The slice in SeeDB-Live was imaged by two-photon confocal microscopy. This dataset includes the images of GCaMP6f.
