Time-lapse images of Voltron2-expressing mitral cells in mouse olfactory bulb slice at P11. Voltron2, a fast and sensitive chemigenetic voltage indicator, was sparsely introduced to mitral/tufted cells by in utero electroporation. Neurons at 150 micrometer depth of the slice in ACSF was imaged by epifluorescence microscopy.
