Time-lapse images of Voltron2-expressing mitral cells in mouse olfactory bulb slice at P11. Voltron2, a fast and sensitive chemigenetic voltage indicator, was sparsely introduced to mitral/tufted cells by in utero electroporation. The slice in ACSF was imaged by epifluorescence microscopy.

Extrinsic Variable
pGP-pcDNA3.1 Puro-CAG-Voltron2 plasmid was introduced into the E12 brain by in utero electroporation. 50 nM Janelia Fluor HaloTag Ligand 549 was incubated with the slice before imaging.
