Description
Odor responses of mitral cells of the olfactory
bulb in anesthetized mouse. In the mitral cells, GCaMP6f was expressed. Activities of the mitral cell in response to odor stimulation (1%
valeraldehyde) at a depth of 381 micrometer from the surface of the brain were imaged. The odor was delivered to a mouse nose for 5 seconds at 1 litter per minute. The brain surface was perfused with SeeDB-Live.

Description
An anesthetized Thy1-GCaMP6f mouse (2- to 4-month-old, male and
female). GCaMP6f was expressed in mitral cells of the olfactory bulb. Craniotomy and durotomy were made on the right olfactory bulb. The brain surface was perfused with SeeDB-Live.
