Time-lapse calcium imaging of mouse olfactory bulb slice before immersing in SeeDB-Live. In the mitral cells of the olfactory bulb, GCaMP6f was expressed. Spontaneous activities of the neurons at a depth of 100 micrometer from the surface of the slice were imaged before clearing with SeeDB-Live.
