Description
Time-lapse images of Voltron2-expressing mitral cells in mouse olfactory bulb slice at P8. Voltron2, a fast and sensitive chemigenetic voltage indicator, and GCaMP6f were sparsely introduced to mitral/tufted cells by in utero electroporation. The slice in SeeDB-Live was imaged by epifluorescence microscopy. This dataset includes the images of Voltron2_{549}.
