Description
Time-lapse images of Voltron2-expressing mitral cells in mouse olfactory bulb slice at P8. Voltron2, a fast and sensitive chemigenetic voltage indicator, and GCaMP6f were sparsely introduced to mitral/tufted cells by in utero electroporation. The slice in SeeDB-Live was imaged by epifluorescence microscopy. This dataset includes the images of Voltron2_{549}.

Description
Mouse olfactory bulb slice at P8 in which Voltron2 plasmid and GCaMP6f plasmid were sparsely expressed in mitral cells.
Extrinsic Variable
pCAG-GCaMP6f plasmid and pGP-pcDNA3.1 Puro-CAG-Voltron2 plasmid were introduced into the E12 brain by in utero electroporation. 50 nM Janelia Fluor HaloTag Ligand 549 was incubated with the slice before imaging.
