Description
Confocal immunohistochemical images of mouse brain to develop machine learning model for classifying the brain vessels into arterioles, capillaries, and venules. Although the authors stained brain sections for GFP/smooth muscle actin (SMA)/laminin alpha 2, they are not the specific markers for the three vessels. From the immunnostaining patterns, they manually annotated the vessels as arterioles, capillaries, or venules. And the annotated images were applied to machine learning. Anti-GFP antibody was used to stain ChR2-EYFP-expressing cells that was specifically expressed in Nerve/glial antigen 2-positive cells.セツメイ
