Image Files for Computational Adaptive Optics for Three-Dimensional Wide-field and Structured Illumination Microscopy
Description
The original and aberration-corrected images by computational adaptive optics are deposited. Images are in the "dv" format which can be read by ImageJ (with BioFormats plugin). Meta data (channel wavelengths, pixel sizes etc...) are included in the image file. Text files contain the amount of aberrations and may contain region information. In the text file, 's' indicates spherical aberration, 'c-0' and 'c-1' indicate coma along the X- and Y-axes, respectively, 'a-0' and 'a-1' indicate astigmatism along the X- and orthogonal axes, respectively. Zernike modes followed the Wyant order. The data were mirrored from the Zenodo repository (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15826325) with the author's permission.
