Surgically resected esophageal cancer tissue was stained using anti-KIAA 0513 antibody (rabbit polyclonal antibodies, Atlas Antibodies), followed by immunohistochemical staining using DAB substrate (Abcam). Photomicrographs were obtained using a light microscope (BA210E, Shimazu) at x100 magnification.
