BDML file of the PAR2 trajectories obtained from time-lapse semi-TIRF microscopy images of Fluorescent particles of GFP::PAR-2 in a C. elegans pkc-3(RNAi) embryo
The original move of wtPAR-2/pkc-3 (tiff format) is rotated at 135 degree and processed through Rolling Ball and Kalman filters to obtain wtPAR-2pkc-3_RBKL.avi (Movie S2). The PAR-2 trajectories were obtained from the avi file. Kalman filter slightly reduced the diffusion coefficient.
