Title
Digital staining of the cell nucleus
Description

The cells were seeded at a concentration of 0.8x10^5 cells/ml in a 35 mm cell culture imaging dish (ibidi, #81156) and incubated in a CO2 incubator for 24 hours. Subsequently, the nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342 (ThermoFisher, #H3570) according to the manufacturer's protocol.
Dataset A consists of differential interference contrast (DIC) images and stained nuclear images of cells used for machine learning. Dataset B includes DIC images and stained nuclear images of cells, along with digitally stained nuclear images.
