Title
Time-lapse calcium imaging of layer 2 and 3 neurons in primary somatosensory
cortex at Day80
Description
Long-term monitoring of neuronal activity in awake mice. Imaging of one mouse was conducted four trials at Day7, Day80, Day100, and Day120. This dataset includes the data of Day80. Layer 2/3 neurons in somatosensory cortex were labeled with AAV-jGCaMP8m-P2A-CyRFP1. Activity of neurons in response to whisker stimulations (five times) with air puffs were detected. The brain surface was perfused with SeeDB-Live during imaging. 2 channels are stacked into a single file. 1-1610 frames for jGCaMP8m, 1612-3221 frames for CyRFP1.

Description
An awake mouse injected AAV-jGCaMP8m-P2A-CyRFP1. jGCaMP8m and CyRFP1 was expressed in layer 2/3 neurons in primary somatosensory
cortex. Craniotomy and durotomy were made on the right cortex. The brain surface was perfused with SeeDB-Live.
