Title
The time-lapse NIR autofluorescence imaging of nuclear dynamics in Roquette root hair cells
Description
The nuclei were observed to transform and migrate within roquette root hair cells of Eruca vesicaria subsp. Sativa.
Time-lapse NIR autofluorescence images of nuclear dynamics in Roquette root hair cells were obtained.
The NIR autofluorescence imaging approach has no need for a fluorescent protein reporter and can reduce the genetic manipulation time of introducing encoded nuclear markers into mutant plants to improve the efficiency of monitoring the cell nuclei movement in root.
