Title
Fluorescence images of histone H2B in the nucleus of living HeLa cells labeled by rsGamillus-S in wide-field mode for two-photon activation
Description
Fluorescence images of histone H2B in the nucleus of living HeLa cells labeled by rsGamillus-S were obtained in wide-field (WF) mode using two-photon activation.
The structures inside the nucleus were not visible with the high background light of WF mode.
rsGamillus-S is an acid-resistance photoswitchable fluorescent protein, which owns exceptionally high on-switching rate to show the nuclei more clearly.
Two-photon activation using a scanned Bessel beam produces a wider FOV and a higher axial resolution.
