Description
Z-series STED images of immotile cilia expressing NDE2-hsp-Pkd2-Venus with BMP4 (bone morphogenetic protein 4 , 1 microgram per milliliter) treatment from late bud stage of the cultured embryo. The immotile cilia in mouse embryo at 0-2 somite stages were immunostained with Pkd2::Venus and acetylated tubulin.
