Title
Time-series images of BOR1-GFP in the root epidermis of wild-type Arabidopsis after high borate application
Description
Time-series images of BOR1 (borate transporter)-GFP and FM4-64 in the root epidermis of wild-type Arabidopsis after high borate (100 micromolar) application. The images of 3, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 minutes after borate applocation are included.

Biosample
Description
The roots of Arabidopsis thaliana grown on MGRL medium contain-
ing 0.5 micromolar boric acid, 1.5% gellan gum and 1% sucrose for 4 or 5 days.
Extrinsic Variable
BOR1-GFP was exogenously expressed.
A. thaliana roots were treated with 100 micromolar boric acid at the start of imaging.
