Title
Single-cell calcium imaging dataset of large-scale neuronal activity across wakefulness, sleep, and anesthesia
Description

We provide a large-scale two-photon calcium imaging dataset of neuronal activity recorded from the mouse cortex across different states of consciousness, including wakefulness, sleep, and anesthesia. The dataset contains recordings from approximately 10,000 neurons acquired using wide-field two-photon microscopy with single-cell resolution, along with spatial coordinates for each neuron. The repository includes raw imaging movies (TIFF), raw EEG/EMG recordings (MATLAB format), and processed MATLAB datasets containing ΔF/F fluorescence signals, deconvolved activity estimates, and Gaussian-smoothed activity traces. This dataset enables the investigation of functional connectivity, network organization, and spatial structure of neuronal populations across multiple spatial scales. It can be used to study state-dependent network dynamics and benchmark computational methods in network neuroscience. The dataset can also serve as a benchmark for large-scale network inference and analysis methods.
