Z-series images of immotile cilia with SU5402 treatment
Description
Z-series images of immotile cilia with SU5402 (an inhibitor of the tyrosine kinase activity of FGF and vascular endothelial growth factor receptors) treatment from late bud stage of the cultured embryo. The immotile cilia in mouse embryo at 0-2 somite stages were immunostained with Pkd2::Venus and acetylated tubulin.
