Description
Z-series images of immotile cilia with FGF-8b (1 microgram per milliliter) treatment from late bud stage of the cultured embryo. The immotile cilia in mouse embryo at 0-2 somite stages were immunostained with Pkd2::Venus and acetylated tubulin.
