Z-series images of immotile cilia with Noggin treatment
Description
Z-series images of immotile cilia expressing NDE2-hsp-Pkd2-Venus. The immotile cilia were treated with Noggin (1 microgram per milliliter) treatment. The immotile cilia in mouse embryo at 0-2 somite stages were immunostained with Pkd2::Venus and acetylated tubulin.
