Title
Time-lapse images of the ERK activity in dissociated lung epithelial cells for the compression under planar culture conditions
Description
Time-lapse images of the ERK activity in dissociated lung epithelial cells for the compression under planar culture conditions. The cells were cultured in a polydimethyl- siloxane chamber pretreated with a collagen coating for 2 days. The compression was applied to the polydimethyl- siloxane membrane. The images of 2 min, 10 min, 20 min and 30 min after applying compression are reposited. The image before compression is also reposited. Channel1; bright field, Channel2; CFP, Channel3; YFP
