A Drosophila fat body (genotype: hs-Flp122, UAS-mCD8-GFP; Ay-Gal4, UAS-GFP/UAS-lacZ), in which beta-galactosidase (coded by lacZ) GFP are co-expressed, was incubated with 9C^{15}N-JCR-Bn-betaGal and betaGal-9^{13}C^{15}N-JCP.
